Laser Cutting
We use 16 swg perforated steel sheets to form our metal front grilles. After placing the perforated sheets on the CNC laser cutter, we write a G.code programme that controls the cutting action of the laser. The laser then automatically cuts a perfect grille in one pass. The laser cut grille fronts are then sent to the folding press to have the edges pressed and formed.
