Hand construction
When our CNC router has finished cutting, we are left with what we call "speaker kits". These kits are then hand constructed in our main workshop area. We use an expanding polyurethane glue that not only gives an ultra strong waterproof bond, but also seals the joints to achieve an air tight seal. This air tight seal gives the cabs the "Infinite baffle" design. On larger cabs we add additional cross baffle bracing.
