Edge Bending and Forming
At the bending stage with use the Edwards Pearson press. This machine is capable of producing a perfect 90 degree angle bend to the edge of the grille. Once all the edges are bent, we add a spot weld to the 7 degree angled grille we use on the angled 4x12 top cabs. This is to stop whipping and to add strength to the angled grille. The grilles are now ready for powder coating.
